How to fix on Samsung Galaxy S5 stuck in boot loop
More often than not, boot loop issue is caused by corrupted files and data wherein the device could no longer be loaded to the system that resulted the system to crash without apparent reason. In addition, if you installed an incompatible app and creates conflict in the firmware, that would be a factor as well that your phone stuck in boot loop.

Here are the methods you need to perform to fix the issue

Step 1: Try booting in Safe Mode
In booting your phone in this environment, all third-party apps will be disabled temporarily and only the pre-installed ones will run in the system. So, if a culprit caused that the device stuck in boot loop, then, through booting in this mode your phone will boot up normally. Follow these steps to boot in Safe Mode:
  1. Turn off the device completely.
  2. Press and hold the Power button.
  3. When Samsung Galaxy S5 appears on the screen, release the Power key.
  4. Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume Down key.
  5. Continue to hold the Volume Down key until the device finishes restarting.
  6. Safe mode will display in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  7. Release the Volume Down key you see Safe mode.
However, if safe mode won't do any good on your phone, move over to the next step.

Step 2: Wipe the System Cache Partition
Since, the device still stuck in boot loop even in Safe mode, the next thing that you should do is to delete all old files and data stored in the directly. So, if corrupted caches and data caused the issue, then, your phone go through after you do this method. Don't you worry, this step won't harm your phone nor the files saved in the internal storage.
  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the following three buttons the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons at the same time.
  3. When the phone vibrates, release the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up and Home buttons.
  4. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home buttons.
  5. Press the Volume Down key to highlight 'wipe cache partition'.
  6. Press the Power key to select.
  7. When the wipe cache partition is complete, 'Reboot System now' is highlighted.
  8. Press the Power key to restart the device.
Step 3: Bring your phone back to its Factory default
Remember, this method should be performed on your phone if the 1st and 2nd procedure is not helping issue. This will delete all your saved files and data on your phone, meaning, the firmware will be back to its original form. But before you do so, be sure to create first a backup in all your files and data by transferring it to your SD card or Personal computer.
  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the following three buttons the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons.
  3. When the phone vibrates, release the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up and Home buttons.
  4. When the Android System recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home buttons.
  5. Press the Volume Down key several times to highlight 'wipe data/ factory reset.'
  6. Press Power button to select it.
  7. Press the Volume Down key to until 'Yes-delete all user data' is highlighted.
  8. Press Power button to select and start the master reset.
  9. When the master reset is complete, 'Reboot System now' is highlighted.
  10. Press the Power key to restart the device.
